There are five different groups of animals with vertebrates. They are: Mammals Fish Reptiles Bird Amphibians

There are certain characteristics that make the Great White Shark a fish. A shark is cold-blooded. The shark has smooth skin. It has cartilage instead of bones. Most fish lay eggs, but not the shark The shark give birth to live baby sharks..

Appearance The shark has a long pointed snout. It has a pectoral fin on its side. It has a dorsal fin on top of it. It has an anal fin and pelvic fin. It has a caudal fin and gills. It has razor sharp teeth in its huge jaws.

Appearance The Great White shark is bigger than a normal shark. The Great White shark is 23 feet long and it weighs about 1,450 pounds. The Great White shark goes 50 miles per hour. The Great White shark has 3,000 teeth in its huge mouth.

What a Shark Likes to Eat! Shark pups are born with a full set of teeth already in place. They are the same as adult teeth but smaller. Sharks have a full set of giant sharp teeth for eating fish, seals, birds, and sea turtles.

Where the great white shark lives Sharks are found in all the oceans of the world . Here are places where sharks are found: Atlantic Ocean, Pacific Ocean, and Indian Ocean.
