2014 AGM Player Development Program 1st season of the program – learning mode Each team allotted $120 – 35% usage rate Coordinated by Directors of Coaching / Player Development Included BKRA goalies Stephanie Abraham, Alyssa Shaw and Megan Brock Engagement increased throughout the season Next year will formally launch at coaches meeting

2014 AGM Bylaw Amendments Rename Player Development to Technical Director (5.2.10) Add U8 Coordinator as official exec position (5.2; Article 8) Only allow for interim appointments when execs leave before mandate finishes (9.3) Change the mandate from one to two years, with overlapping mandates (6.2) Give signing authority to the secretary (an officer position) in addition to President, VP and Treasurer (8.3)
