Drop Off Station Greet the customer and get the prescription they have to drop off Ask if they have filled here and verify their basic information such as name and birthday Make sure the drug is in stock and tell the customer how long it will take to complete their order Put the prescription paper in the scanner and type in the information on the prescription paper

Filling Station Using the handheld scanner scan your badge to fill prescription under your ID Select the filling menu option and pick up a numbered basket from counter and scan its barcode Select the medication from the shelf that it shows Pour and count the number of pills in the tray and put them in a vial and label it Place the stock bottle you got the pills from back on the shelf and put the vial of counted pills in the basket Place the basket on rack for the pharmacist to verify

Checkout Station Acknowledge next customer and ask for the last name and birthday Type in the information on the touch screen Verify the medication that is ready and the cost Scan the prescription scan tag connected to the touch screen then ask if they are paying at the front register or the register there Be sure to thank them before they leave
