Sending Courtesies Brevity is Best- Be considerate of time value to you and your recipient. Being brief and to the point promotes clarity. Using White Space-Enables the recipient to read easier when there is a lot of information. Put spaces between paragraphs, greetings and salutations. Be descriptive but short in the Subject line-enables recipients to choose the order they read s by importance or category.

Sending Courtesies Keep to Subject-if you have a lot of information consider the idea to creating a news group, chat group, or create a mailing list that would be more applicable. Attachments-keep the files smaller for those who have slow internet. If you have to send large files often, consider creating a shared file that you can save the documents in and share them with out the problem of downloading large slow files.
