Self Aspirating Turbine Aerator for all kind of liquid

General information about water aeration There are many types of aeration systems offered throughout the world, particularly for wastewater treatment. Air is added to water in order to enrich it with oxygen. This enables the existence and development of both marine life and micro-organisms in the water (ponds, pools, lagoons, and lakes).

Turbine Aerator The simplest and least expensive technique for the aeration of water is the turbine aerator. This class of aerator is known as self-aspirating aerators on the SAA (Standards Association of Australia). The common feature of these aerators is that they do not need any external systems. The entire aeration process takes place within the aeration chamber or in the immediate vicinity.

The advantages of turbine aerators are as follows: 1.) They are relatively inexpensive, 2.) They combine the physics principles of centrifugal force and precession as it applies to rotating fluids, 3.) They are easy to install, 4.) They require minimal maintenance, and 5.) They are very energy-efficient with most of the mechanical energy of the electric motor being converted into water turbulence.

One of the most important applications of dissolved oxygen is in wastewater treatment systems, the so-called aeration basins. In these pools, the wastewater has large amounts of organic matter. When such water is aerated, it starts to ramp up the population of certain microorganisms that decompose organic matter in the wastewater. This phenomenon is what makes dissolved oxygen so critical in municipal wastewater treatment plants.

Revolutionary Liquid Aerators The revolutionary OxyTurbine aerator boasts the following advantages: No internal moving parts. No maintenance needed. Completely reliable and maintenance free. No worries about clogged pump intakes or plants getting tangled. New advanced technology based on hydrodynamics. Designed for different liquids with varying densities or viscosity. Most energy efficient on the market.

Turbine Aerator Benefits Can Provide Pre-Treatment for Drinking Water Purification Systems Eliminate Stress in Fish and Aquatic Organisms (Fish-kills) Reduces Algae Blooms Prevents Freezing in the Lagoon Increases Dissolved Oxygen Concentrations Improves the Quality of Fisheries Diminishes Noxious Odors Improves Livestock and Fish Health Increases Water Clarity Increases the Level of Aerobic Bacteria That Decompose Organic Waste Can Reduce Mosquito Populations Aeration Turbine Combined With the OxyTurbine Suction System Can Add Any Gas To A Liquid (industry)

OxyTurbine Unique Design Due to its design, efficiency, portability, and performance, our self-aspirating OxyTurbine is equally at home in aquaculture settings, horticulture, irrigation lagoons, golf course ponds, municipal waste treatment plants, stock ponds, lake ways and coves, confined animal feedlot waste lagoons, and black water pits, to name a few. We continually conduct ongoing research in a constant effort to improve the performance of the aerator.

Empirical development of aeration turbines We are a group of researchers who are dealing with the development of a new series of turbines for the pond and wastewater aeration, with the marketing name: oxyTurbine. At this time, we perform final testing and preparing the system for a new line of production. Start of production Will Be in the middle of 2015 at this time also we will begin to search for business partners in the aeration industry. We hope that the oxyTurbine will be the most efficient and inexpensive aeration system on the world market.

Lifetime warranty Virtually clog free Will not corrode Designed to run 24/7 Able to deliver up to 18 liters of air per/second Most efficient self-aspirating oxygen aerator on the market
