Year 1’s Autumn walk on Monday 21 st September 2009

We put on our coats because it was windy.

We walked down the field. There were leaves everywhere on the floor. Some were brown and yellow

On this little tree the leaves were turning red. Some had fallen of the tree. Connor picked them up.

We all picked some up and put them in our pockets. This tree had no leaves on at all !

We walked through the forest. It was a little bit dark. The leaves went CRUNCH, CRUNCH, CRUNCH.

We found some hazelnuts They are for the animals in the Autumn and Winter when they Hibernate.

We all found some yellow leaves
