Objectives of the present initiative To develop district RTCs for decentralisation of the training activities of ATI to reach the personnel working at grass root level Trainer Development for Decentralised Training through RTCs In the present case, To develop trainers at district RTCs on RTI Act. Regional Training Centres under ATI, West Bengal Regional Training Centres have been established in 19 Districts of West Bengal To ensure ‘training for all’ Without bringing trainees to ATI, Kolkata More trainings could be organised in less time ATI, West Bengal, Kolkata3
