Remodeling my room From cluttered to clean

My main goals of remodeling my room were… 1.Having a color coordinated theme 2.Organizing all my cluttered objects 3.Arranging the furnishings in a way were I had as much open space as possible.

Step 1: Paint Choice I had chosen yellow and neutral colors as my theme, so I wanted a light yellow paint for my walls with white trim.

Then, we started prepping Dad took the covers off the light sockets, the electrical outlets, and the blades off the fan.

and my closet’s We removed all the doors from my room, this one

Lastly, we filled the in holes that were on my wall with a sticky purple substance. Then… We packed up all the articles I had on my shelves. We laid large plastic sheets on my floor,and my closet

Painting the walls A light shade of yellow

Painting the corners First we used the paintbrush to get the areas that our roller couldn’t go.

We also painted around the light sockets.

Then we rolled the rest. First we did the ceiling.

My brother and I rolled the walls.

Done with the walls, now for the closet.

Remodeling my closet Adding some shelves

My closet, something had to be done about it.

We, Cleaned it, and Dad put the shelves in. plotted where the shelves would be,

As you see it needed to be painted, so Dad painted it.

The finishing touches Finally done

I also got a new desk and chair as a birthday present.
