INDIRECT OBJECT PRONOUN PLACEMENT

Remember that typically pronouns come before the conjugated verb. Tú me lees el libro.

Pronouns can also be ATTACHED to the end of certain verb forms: an infinitive comer the present participle comiendo a command come

When you have an INFINITIVE OR PARTICIPLE in the sentence, the pronoun may come before the conjugated verb or after the infinitive or the participle. Tú me vas a leer el libro. Tú vas a leerme el libro. Tú me estás leyendo el libro. Tú estás leyéndome el libro.

You must attach the pronoun to the end of a command. Léeme el libro.
