Project will be realized in the United Experimental Laboratory of Gravitational-Optical Research on the basis of Scientific-Industrial Association "State Institute of Applied Optics" which will be formed by partial conversion of institute`s facilities into the extradepartamental organization with strictly peaceful orientation under support of Scientific Centre of Gravitational-Wave Research "Dulkyn" on terms of institute of Academy of Sciences of Republic of Tatarstan. Project will be realized in the United Experimental Laboratory of Gravitational-Optical Research on the basis of Scientific-Industrial Association "State Institute of Applied Optics" which will be formed by partial conversion of institute`s facilities into the extradepartamental organization with strictly peaceful orientation under support of Scientific Centre of Gravitational-Wave Research "Dulkyn" on terms of institute of Academy of Sciences of Republic of Tatarstan. SC GWR "Dulkyn" contains the Department of Theoretical Problems of Gravitation-Wave Physics, comprising high-skill specialists on investigation of gravitation-wave fields. FSIC SIAO (transliterated russian abbreviation is GIPO) possesses the materials and equipment for carrying out the precise interferometric experiments: specialized vibro- and thermostabilized chambers at the depth of 12 meters, integrated and fiber-optic elements, electron systems for automatized measurements, machine-tools for processing the optical fibers. SC GWR "Dulkyn" contains the Department of Theoretical Problems of Gravitation-Wave Physics, comprising high-skill specialists on investigation of gravitation-wave fields. Final purpose of the research programme is the discovery of gravitational waves, study of the local and global structure, time variations and spatial anomalies of gravi-inertial field.
