 Foodservice and Hospitality Career Pathway ◦ Grade 9-Culinary Arts Wheel ◦ Grade 10-Intro and Advanced Culinary Arts ◦ Grade 11- Either Restaurant Level I or Baking & Pastry Arts ◦ Grade 12- Either Restaurant Level II or Decorating Arts ◦ Catering Production and Bakery Production are also elective choices

 The high school is located in Citrus Heights, a suburb of Sacramento  The school population has 700 students in grades 9-12  Two 100 percent affiliated chapters with a total of approximately 150 students and three instructors

 Complete a minimum of four sequenced Culinary Arts Pathway courses  Earn a Golden State Degree  Participate in a minimum of 20 hours per year of catering and fundraising activities  Compete in a Competitive Recognition Event (CRE) OR  Serve as a Region or State Officer
