Membership Retention Background Information

Why are members not renewing? My employer stopped paying my CSI dues 21% I couldn’t afford multiple association dues, and was already a member of another organization 17% I was unable to actively participate 11% I was not satisfied with my CSI experience 16% *** Other, please specify 19% Membership Retention Background Information

Why are members not satisfied with their CSI experience? “My job is on the engineering side of the business, not architectural, so not much was relevant to my work as a contract administrator. I was also the only "Owner" attending” “Didn't receive enough benefit for the money and time spent.” “Was mostly satisfied with my experience with the exception of not being contacted by the local chapter when I moved to my current area 10 years ago.” “The meetings were usually in the evening at a fair distance from my home and with all my other evening obligations, I couldn't get there much at all.” Membership Retention Background Information
