ACC M P SINGLE WELL SYSTEM UP-STROKE Accumulator is connected to a variable displacement piston Pump that can be stroked over center to make it a Motor during the Up- Stroke and a Pump during the Down-Stroke. The motor provides power that assists the prime mover during the Up-Stroke.

ACC M P SINGLE WELL SYSTEM DOWN-STROKE The Accumulator is connected to pump that provides flow to charge the accumulator. The polished rod load forces the Ram down, pumping the oil back into the hydraulic Regen Motor that meters out oil from the ram providing counter balance and drives the pump that charges the accumulator and stores power to assist during the Up-Stroke.

ACC WELL # 2 WELL # 1 SELECTOR VALVE P M DUAL WELL SYSTEM DUAL WELL OPERATION SELECTED Well “2” is synchronized or slaved to Well “1” so when Well “1” is on the up-stroke Well “2” is on the down-stroke. The polished rod load on Well “2” forces the Ram down, pumping the oil back into the hydraulic Regen Motor that meters out oil from the ram providing counter balance and power to assist the Up-Stroke of Well “1”.

ACC WELL # 1 WELL # 2 SELECTOR VALVE M P DUAL WELL SYSTEM DUAL WELL OPERATION SELECTED Well “1” is now on the Down-stroke and Well “2” is on the Up-stroke. The polished rod load on Well “1” forces the Ram down, pumping the oil back into the hydraulic Regen Motor that meters out oil from the ram providing counter balance and power to assist during the Up-Stroke of Well “2”.
