Thrift bank sector reported sound financial results total assets reached P Bn, higher by 17.47% than year ago’s P Bn total loan portfolio (gross) reached P Bn, up by 12.33% from year ago’s P Bn NPL ratio at 6.87%, easing by1.38 percentage points from last year’s 8.25 percent ratio the industry sustained a single-digit NPL ratio for the past 33 months

Convention Theme: “Thrift Banks: Government’s Partner in Promoting Economic Growth - Part 2” underscores continuing partnership with the different agencies of Government in ensuring sustained economic growth address the various concerns of the sector, both legislative and regulatory
