Challenges  The march of the technologies is increasingly blurring the difference between service specific water tight compartment definition of Telecom Licences.  The subscriber can get various services in a single platform.  The convergence leads to reduction in cost thereby reduction in tariffs.  The real challenges before us is to cope with march of technology in terms policies, regulation & dispute resolution and pave the way towards further growth of Telcom in the country for better and cheaper services.
