Interactive PDFs with video can be max 6 pages, usually designed to advertise a company/product. However our handbook is to show quality practice content, with a number of videos and visual content, so would be too big to have all embedded in one document (assuming we have more than one best practice for each partner and that this handbook can grow over time).
