User identification Relais does ‘LookupUser’ to get user information using NCIP
When item is requested Pre-populated request form NCIP ‘LookupUser’ Confirmation page is displayed with Request Number Confirmation is sent to user
After Request is submitted Goes to Relais Auto-search process Z39.50 search against a pre-defined set of catalogues If Auto-search finds results a routing list is created for the request Order of routing list is library-defined
