OnTrackCA OnTrackCA is in search of a few district partners: Alignment of their mission with the partnership’s vision Excellence in practices and outcomes Success in using teachers with technology to solve hard problems The partnership is reaching out to stakeholders throughout the state: Collaborate on indicators and interventions Discuss the effective use of data to address problems like attendance, academics, and behavior. The goals of the partnership are to: Expand to include 200 districts by the start of the third year 1000 districts by the start of the fifth year Share their indicators and practices with each other, building a statewide community of informed, effective partners.

OnTrackCA Pilot Districts A small number of Pilot districts will be selected Sample Selection Considerations: Has desire to raise graduation rates Has commitment by the superintendent to address the issue Has identified an owner with the authority, resources and organizational structures in place to address the issue Makes effective use of data in decision making Has mature data management practices in place Has a systematic approach to intervention and support programs Has skilled IT resource(s) Has quality data and networking infrastructure in place Has history of successful, preferably large-scale data integration projects Has history of success in implementing new technologies Mixture of large and small size school districts Audience Feedback Requested – what other criteria should be considered?
