RANDOM OTHER THINGS This is ENGLISH class. We will read. We will write. We will speak. We will learn vocab. We will do projects. Sometimes you have assigned seats. It’s for a reason. SIT IN YOUR SEAT. Sometimes you’ll work together; sometimes you’ll work alone. It’s for a reason. When you work together, sometimes you pick the groups. Most of the time I pick the groups. It’s for a reason.

MORE RANDOM OTHER THINGS Remember about the bathroom. Sometimes you can go; sometimes you can’t. Take care of it in between classes. You have enough time. Same with food and drink  Take care of it in between class. Water is ok. Same with errands. Take care of everything in between classes. If you had a good reason to go somewhere, they will write you a pass to class.

WOULD YOU RATHER….? For each statement, decide which side you are on and physically move there. A couple of people can explain for each category. Introduce yourself first!

EXIT SLIP On your post-it note: Write me one question/comment/concern that you have about anything related to this class. If it’s something I need to address with you, then please make sure you put your name. Stick it on the cabinet as you go out.
