What Is Word-Processing Software? One of the most common computer applications Handles text and graphics Creates and modifies reports, letters, flyers, brochures, newsletters, etc. Many different word processing programs: Microsoft Word Corel WordPerfect Lesson 7 – Word Processing

Commands for using the features in a word- processing program are selected from menus and toolbars. Formatting features may be applied to characters, paragraphs, or entire documents. Selecting blocks of text allows for editing documents. Lesson 7 – Word Processing
