  A technology that superimposes a computer-generated image on a user’s view of the real world, thus providing a composite view.  Most widely accepted definition of AR was defined by Azuma.  AR enhances the user’s perception and interaction with real world.  It allows users to experience the real world with virtual objects superimposed upon or composited with the real world AUGMENTED REALITY

  Be defined as the extension of the reality.  The core components of A.R is display, tracking and rendering.  A display is need to input the marker, which in this case the input device such as camera and the phone screen  Once the marker has been detected, the second core started, the tracking  From database, the system will trace and render the required information and deliver the output. AUGMENTED REALITY

  The system fetch and deliver the information required faster therefore it is time saving.  It is beautiful to the eyes, what’s more fascinating than producing an image from another image virtually?  Camera is the most used technology in gadget, it is wise to make use of it apart of making selfies and post them on instagram. Benefits of Augmented Reality

  We understand that it is difficult to hold extra classes or discussions in classroom in this Faculty of Technology and Information Science without booking it earlier and knowing whether the classroom is empty or not.  Therefore we came up with our little solution,  FTSM SCHEDULE CHECKER PROBLEM STATEMENT

  Associates two world together, the virtual and reality.  Having implemented the technology of Augmented Reality, it works to check the schedule of a classroom by using camera to capture that particular classroom's label.  The classrooms' label at the first place have been patterned as marker, so that each and whenever time a person capture the label the app will recognize the marker and produces the desired output, in this case, the schedule.  The markers and the schedules have been kept in a database and coded together. The schedules in our database will be updated each semester. FTSM SCHEDULE CHECKER

  Our application is easy and simple to use. Scanning/cracking the picture and fetch the information.  Apart from being simple, it is light-weighted. An app with greater use, but lesser space.  Information at the speed of a shutter click. Snap ! And there is your schedule of the week. Benefits using our System
