2 NRC Tribal Outreach NRC recognizes unique relationship between Federal government and Tribal governments, and upholds the spirit of Executive Orders and Memorandum: Executive Order (Clinton, November 2000) Executive Memorandum issued by President Obama at White House Tribal Nations Conference (November 2009) NRC interacts with Tribal Governments on a case-by-case basis

NRC Tribal Outreach The NRC meets and collaborates with the National Congress of American Indians to communicate with tribal governments.
