Self Esteem Contributed by Joanna Ackers All resources in the "Contributions" section of our resource bank have been submitted by delegates on our Managing Extreme Behaviour Online course. For more information about this practical, self-paced course, please visit The envelope activity listed in the PPT is used to find out how the learner sees themselves and how they think other people see them. Its about perceptions and this creates a forum for an in depth discussion, very powerful. On the front of the envelop draw & label a picture of yourself - the image you show the world (e.g. loud & challenging) On the back of the envelope draw and label a picture of the side of yourself that you keep hidden but know about yourself (e.g. shy) On a piece of paper to go inside the envelope draw and label a picture of how you would like to be (e.g. confident)
