3 Contract with OATi signed early December o Covers delivery of all ECC phases First deliverable of project for current hour visualization o Will show e-Tag, Dynamic Transfer, ACE, RSG, and Area Load impacts on Elements o Congestion still managed as today by RC o Non-RC entities (BAs, TOPs, TSPs) will have access ECC Project Status

4 Ongoing efforts to improve data quality o Current hour visualization based on WSM state estimator, telemetry, and e-Tags o Future hour visualization will need good forecast data o Dynamic Transfer catalog and list requested via the updated Peak RC Data Request  ECCTF subgroup ECC Project Status

5 Project management of first OATi deliverable o Includes software, training, documentation White paper on RC’s use of ECC Element identification process o Local entities will have input Work with ECCTF on Phase 2 Specs Peak’s Tasks Related to ECC

6 Phase 2 Specification discussions o Curtailment Methodology (16-bucket or other) o Determine steps in congestion mitigation (curtailments, gen redispatch, ACE, etc.) o Address local entity concerns (Tariff, current local mitigation procedures) as practicable o Identify impacts to NERC standards and other industry guidance (WECC practices) ECC Task Force Work
