To stand here in front of you is a kind of a cure. This is a way to cope with the tragedy. During the war we felt many kinds of emotions. We felt confusion and fear because no one told us when the war was supposed to begin or end. The unknown was the hardest thing we had to handle with. Most of Acco's residents left the city to feel security and sanity. It was impossible to live a normal life. We had to stay most of the time in a safe area. We spent most of the time watching T.V news.

Whenever we heard the alarm we knew that 'Hizballa" launched another rocket And that was a sign to run for a cover. This was our usual, everyday life during the war The morning of 'Tisha beahav' was quiet. Suddenly at 4.00 o'clock in the afternoon we heard the alarm. We saw on T.V that a rocket fell in Acko near our friend's house.Mazal's house. At that time we didn't know anything about the tragedy. Later the names of the five people who were killed appeared on the screen; all of them were living in the same building.

Our friend Mazi and here father; both of them were killed. We didn’t want to believe. We couldn't believe. The denial is still a part of us. Every morning at school we read "TEHILIM". We stay with her mother almost every day trying to heal her pains and ours. We're trying to put the war behind us but the war is still inside our hearts. so will you,Mazi:
