HNA-Drive Familiarization Presentation

From the address bar in your preferred internet browser, navigate to Site supports: Internet Explorer Google Chrome Firefox/Mozilla Mobile Browsers

Depending on your connection strength, you may or may not see this page. Be patient, it will load quickly

Your username is your Company A password will be created for your initial logon, you can then change it Click Continue

This is what you should see once you have successfully logged into HNA-Drive

Selecting the drop- down arrow next to a folder will bring up this menu

Allows you to toggle between  Icon view and  Detailed List View

Clicking a file will bring up this file menu

Allows you to download a copy of the file to your computer

Allows you to edit the file directly on the shared drive without having to download/upload NOTE: not all file types are compatible with this feature such as.xlsx files.docx. If the file type is not compatible, this button will be shaded out and you won’t be able to click it. In that case you would have to download, make changes, then upload the new file

This will allow you to view the link for this file. This will allow you to this link to a non-user of HNA-Drive so they can download or view the file

This is the dialog box that appears when the file links options is clicked Use Direct download if you want to send a link for someone to download the file to their PC Use Direct Streaming if you want someone to look at the file in their browser

Keeps the last 10 versions of the file stored when the file is overwritten. Used when someone makes changes to the file and you need to see the contents of the file before they made and saved the changes

Self Explanatory, DELETES the file. If done by accident let me know as soon as possible as I may be able to retrieve it

Allows you to view the properties of the file as in the below dialog box Public – Anybody can access the file Hidden – File can only be accessed by those who know the link Private – Only users of HNA Drive can access the file Public – Anybody can access the file Hidden – File can only be accessed by those who know the link Private – Only users of HNA Drive can access the file

Next and Previous buttons allow you to navigate to the next and previous files

Upload allows you to upload a file from your PC directly to the folder you are currently in

This Download button allows you to download the entire contents of this folder in ZIP format

Allows you to create a new:  Folder  Text Document (.txt)  Word Document (.doc)  Spreadsheet (.xls)  PowerPoint (.ppt) Please be mindful where you place new files and folders you create. We do not want to clutter up the main page so we have to waste time searching for the folder /file we need to locate.

Allows you delete an entire folder that is selected Allows you to bring a file over from another internet location without having to download it to your PC and upload. See dialog box on the left.

Files takes you back to the main file page Users displays a list of users with access to the HNA-Drive

Settings allows you to view and edit your settings and shows the space and bandwidth you have used

This is where you can:  Change your password  Add an image to your profile  Change your phone number  Change your preferred language.  Time zone and file versioning is the. same for all users

The applications menu allows you to download apps for your: Windows PC Mac PC I-Phone I-Pad Android Phone Android Tablet
