The change from the original presentation is that reports requiring Period to Day Conversion Setups are now correct. NEW This process can be lengthy depending on number of students and the date range. It is a good idea to run report using the processing option to run at night.

Totals do not match up. If the class is at same time every day such as homeroom the totals are correct. If the classes rotate during the week the total seems to be calculated for only one of the periods in the rotation.

Attendance Tracking and Truancy Tracking is set up a Board level Tracks unexcused absences / tardy and/or illnesses Reporting mostly state based Every so many threshold a letter is created Need letters in system (Board) “Run the refresh attendance tracking data report prior to any reports that use attendance tracking data…This report can only be run at district level and will overwrite previously stored data.
