Cheering the Right Thing  Cheer Progress - Not Just the Result – Make the work place its own little sports arena – Results are made of progress and opportunities capitalized upon  What if there is nothing to Cheer a person for? – There is always something – We live in a society that tries to find whats wrong in order to fix it - need a change of mindset – If people know what they’re doing right and have power to do it - maybe you won’t have to fix what is wrong
