IT’S TIME FOR A… Let’s learn the “I Believe In CNH” Cheer!

Why do we cheer? Boost Confidence! Bring Clubs/Divs Closer! Lets your members feel like they’re part of something :3 Other clubs will remember you! R-E-S-P-E-C-T! OUTLET FOR EMOTION! MAKES YOU FEEL GOOD! ADRENALINE RUSH ADRENALINE RUSH CAL-NEV-HA REMAINS #1 IN THE WORLD FOR CKI SPIRIT! BE PROUD!

The DOs & DON’Ts of Spirit DO: Support other clubs, divisions, etc Be friendly and respect one another Start off your cheers with a cue Always HAVE FUN! DON’T: Be too aggressive— friendly competition! Get into people’s personal space Be afraid! There’s nothing to be scared of (: Be afraid to be weird. Some cheers are weird…but that’s what makes them awesome and memorable

IT’S TIME FOR ANOTHER… Come up and teach us one of your school or division’s cheers!

How do I create successful cheers? Use your IMAGINATION! Get inspiration from film, music, television—the possibilities are truly endless! Rhymes, tune to songs War chants—BOTALLALY!

How do I Spirit? You don’t have to be loud to be spirited! – Showcase your talents through making cheers – Help with spirit items, props, skits, etc – Always encourage others to have a positive attitude – LEAD BY EXAMPLE! If you show that you’re passionate about spirit, then others will feed off that positive energy

How to Get Others to Show Off Their Inner Spirit Warrior NEVER force someone to cheer Encouragement is key! Lead by Example! Put some emotion into it! Show it in your FACE! Start slow, ease the newbies in with simple cheers. (i.e. we are proud of you/oh yeah/more love, etc.)
