Staging “Levels” Based on points assigned in matrix of staging criteria (“selection rubric” –Not Staged –Stage 1 –Stage 2 –Stage 3 –Stage 4 –Stage 4A –Stage 4B

Submission Window  Submission Window  (begins when staging is released in ISAM (likely in September) and ends on December 7, 2012*  Stage 1 – will complete all documents by December 7, 2012 and retain locally Subject to submission request by TEA
