CAD We are belive work in group. We have good menpowers of diffenet fields like locomotive, conveyor system, heavy engineering, plastic product desing etc. We have mechanical software work capabilities like catia, creo, solidworks, solidedge, autocad.

1.1 CAD CONVERSION We have been worked for the different project like cad conversions paper to cad, image to 3d modeling etc. For example : we have worked for one of my client to do pdf file to 2d in autocad according to manufacturing drawing.

1.2 3D MODELING IMAGE TO CAD: We are working also for the concept design, we ahev been design a car according to concept. As shown in picture, 2d drawing is a concept which we have received from client and we have made 3d model on sketch base in catia. With rendering.

REVESE ENGINEERING We are doing 3d modeling on catia, pro/e, solidwroks. As shown in figure, one of my German client we have done prob design on image and defined new design of handle.

1.3 REVERSE ENGINEERING & PROTOTYPE DEVELOPMENT And also we have been worked for medical equipments like lance and lances cover. As per client requirement we have done prototyping and finalise the product.

OTHER PROJECT ARE : CONCEPTUAL DESIGN : VACUUME VESSEL DESIGN ACCORDING TO ASME STANDARDS AND DO 3D MODELING.

IN PAST JOB : DONE ALSTOM CHENNAI METRO AIR DUCT PROJECT DESIGN AND DEVELOPMENT ACCORDING TO ASTM STANDARD.

IIT STUDENT PROJECT : FROM SKETCH I HAVE BEEN DESIGN MECHANISM WORKABLE. MECHANISM 1 – GEAR USE MECHANISM 2 – LINKAGE MECHANISM

STRUCTURE ANALISYS: We are doing structural analisys in ansys. FOR EXAMPLE : DEFIEN D GEOMETRY OF ROLL IN MILL TO DO MESHING IN MODEL

Acoustic analysis of in line tube bundles of heat exchanger In recent years, CFD has been employed to analyze & optimize the design which involve Fluid-Structure interactions. Model analysis was performed to find out the natural frequency of the system & effects of diameter on vibration amplitude of cylindrical shaped tubes were studied. In ANSYS CFX, two dimensional CFD analysis of inline tube bundles was performed to find out the vortex shading frequency, developed by the viscous flow. LES (Large Eddy Simulation) & DES (Detached Eddy Simulation) physics models were applied to analyze the turbulent flow past the cylinders & to plot the vortex shading frequency. From the classical phenomena of “Von Karman Vortex Street” to the recent years research papers were studied to relate the relationship between the vortex shading frequency & natural frequency, and to predict the acoustic frequency of in line tube bundles accurately.

CFD analysis of automobile coolant pump In Automobile cooling system, Coolant pump is the heart of the system which circulates the coolant continuously to take out the heat away from the system. CI & SI car engines were dismantled to measure the dimensions for creating 3D model of actual cooling pump. Required coolant flow rate & pressure loss were calculated with the standard theoretical approach suggested by research papers & books. In ANSYS CFX, multiphase flow with measured inlet & boundary conditions were modeled. Engine coolant material was modeled with its liquid and vapor states properties to predict the cavitations phenomena with respect to temperature on different engine RPMs. Pump performance curve was plotted with accordance of theoretical & practical inputs. Suggested the optimization of blade exit angles to reduce the pressure drop of coolant flow across the coolant line

Optimization of blade exit angles to improve the performance of automobile coolant pump Impeller’s blade exit angles affects the performance of coolant pump in respect of head development & cavitations at low or high speed engines. With empirical equations, design point flow rate & head development were found out to plot the pump system characteristics curve on different blade exit angles for selected engine RPM. With the use of ANSYS Bladegen, blade geometries were obtained for different blade exit angles. Highly optimized meshing was created in ANSYS Turbogrid & physics was set up in ANSYS CFX as per design point conditions. Results on different blade exit angles with different RPM were analyzed to justify the best exit angles for the given system.

Existing design of 2 wheeler engine had straight fins Existing design of 2 wheeler engine had straight fins. 3 D model was developed to analyze the heat transfer performance. Modification were carried out by considering the each design criteria which affect the heat transfer characteristic of the system. 3D models were generated for two types of fin shapes: Curved fins & Curved fins with holes In ANSYS CFX, both type of fins were analyzed to compare them and to justify the best design of fins which improved the heat transfer rate of the system to ambient atmosphere. Optimization of performance of of an aerofoil “naca 2012” by CFD analysis

naca 2012 aerofoil was analyzed for optimizing the stall condition of aerofoil & purpose was to achieve maximum lift with minimum drag conditions. ANSYS ICEM CFD was used to develop the mesh profile for controlled meshing element parameters which was mandatory to achieve standard stall condition for naca 2012. By introducing slat at the leading edge of aerofoil, standard stall condition was delayed more which of course develops the lift condition & Optimize the heat transfer performance by changing the existing design of engine fins
