Availability and Service The system is in Europe and several other countries available via DSP Systems as : GO-2HT capable of running two samples parallel GO-4HT capable of running four samples parallel GO-6HT capable of running six samples parallel Installation, service and maintenance will be supplied by DSP Systems A full maintenance contract is optional with a response time of 24 hours for customers within a radius of 300 km from the middle of the Netherlands and 48 hours within the rest of the EU countries
