Problem description: Situation Situation: You are a visitor at a trade show You have no booth You are extremely interested in meeting more people and making new business contacts

What you can do without BuZZone: Walk through all booths on the showfloor Listen to the talks of other visitors, trying to find potentially useful contacts Distribute your marketing materials to other people, trying to make someone interested in your projects Problem Description: Without BuZZone

Problem Description: Result Expected results: Walking around booths did not bring new contacts You physically had no time to walk through the entire trade area You lost an opportunity to make contacts with trade show visitors who are in the same situation You feel that you have lost many opportunities to make new contacts at this trade show

Solution: BuZZone: A General Scenario At the entrance to the show, a visitor: Borrows a PDA with installed BuZZone, OR Buys a copy of the BuZZone application for his/her PDA Trade show service representatives: Help you create your business profiles and give instructions on how to use the system Download your photo and documents and organize your virtual booth While the visitor is walking over the trade area, BuZZone: Searches for contacts by a preset business profile Exchanges information with other virtual booths The system has found a contact matching the visitor's search criteria. The user can: View the profile of this person and start talking Exchange messages or documents and, in case of mutual interest, arrange a personal meeting When the user leaves the trade show: He gives back the PDA borrowed Trade show service representatives save personal data on his/her medium
