Data Sheriff and some Police field units use mobile computers via cellular data Access to GIS data – Structure points – Roads – AVL Alternate messaging path – Instant messaging with dispatch / other units. One cellular carrier failed, one carrier did not fail. – OCSO’s carrier did not loose service.
