The Coming of Joy

TOTAL TERROR!

The darkness of the night was symbolic of the situation in their world.

SOUND FAMILIAR?

What we have here is the promise that things can change in ANY world situation when Jesus comes.

God gave us Jesus so that we can have peace with Him.

God gave us Jesus so that we can have peace with others.

God gave us Jesus so that we can have peace within ourselves.

If we trust in our finances we will be defeated.

If we trust in government we will be defeated.

If we trust in our anything earthly we will be defeated.

We need a Savior!

Fear and joy cannot reside in the same home.

Joy comes ONLY as a by-product.

Luke 2:20- “The shepherds went back, glorifying and praising God for all that they had heard and seen,

just as it had been told them.”

Romans 14:17: “The Kingdom of God is not a matter of eating and drinking

but of righteousness, peace and joy in the Holy Spirit.”

What about YOUR Bethlehem story?
