THE TECHNOLOGICAL INFORMATION IS USEFUL / NECESSARY FOR THE REARCHERS saves time & money, avoiding research in already “discovered” fields takes knowledge about the current technological level in his field avoids infringements of patent rights takes knowledge about the competition has the opportunity to create collaboration, aiming at technology transfer agreements 80% of the technological information is being found in the patents A researcher, using the benefits of the patent information :

HOW IS THIS TECHNOLOGICAL INFORMATION PROVIDED ? OBI provides Technological Information (presearch) free of charge ONLY to the researchers - members of the Greek ERA- MORE NETWORK. Relevant applications, will be forwarded from EKETA (bridgehead Organisation of the Greek Network) to OBI. In a next stage, special member cards will be issued from OBI, with the collaboration of EKETA, in order to provide its special services.
