Kentucky Civil War Brother vs. Brother

These two men are brothers but that doesn’t stop them from going against each other in the war. because of the way they wanted to treat people. The brother on the left wanted to free slavery. The brother on the right wants to still have slavery so they will go to battle to free or keep slavery.

On the pictures you just saw there was a cannon, a rifle, a man in the war shot by the cannon, and men that were shot by rifles. Rifles and cannons were a big part of the war because these weapon were the only ones they had. The cannon was the most powerful gun in the war. The rifle was the weapon for people to move around. Like when the people were shooting cannons the people with guns could run over there and shoot them so they would not kill people that are on there side. So that’s what is about when brothers fight for or keep slavery.

The pictures you just saw are things that they use in the civil war. Also they use them to kill one another. I would not go to that war because its brother vs. brother state that’s bad because if we fight I can kill my brother. I don’t want to kill my brother because of slavery. This could me and my comradesThis could be my brother in war killing my comrades

Finally the civil war ended because the south surrendered to the north and they gave up slavery and became one army.
