A VIBRANT, EMPOWERED AND GENDER SENSITIVE FISHING COMMUNITY FOR THE PROTECTION,CONSERVATION and SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF MARINE AND FISHERY RESOURCES TOWARDS A PROGRESSIVE QUALITY OF LIFE
