RMIT Commencing enterprise ePortfolio implementation - Questions/Issues: Where does an institutional ePortfolio fit within the topography of University information systems? What is the perspective of our students and staff on the proposed directions? What would be the employers perspective on the proposed directions? What emphasis should be placed on ePortfolio interoperability to underpin student mobility?

RMIT 6 Approach at RMIT, a managed implementation Resources at: Staff accounts available at this URL, Staff and student support resources, Program/Course usage tracked, Only placed in priority areas, all staff can get an account Platform: PebblePad (UK) Licencing: 2200 users until end of 2009 (36 Programs)  PebblePad considered the ePortfolio tool valued by students, provides ready access to individuals outside of institution, a Web 2.0 look and feel, Profiler functionality  Rapid technology change with ePortfolio tools Peoplesoft (Student Management System) integration is required to facilitate scaling Same process for deployment on Vietnam Campus
