Purpose of Presentation Information session outlining our Diploma of Management qualification. We would like to cover the following with you today. 1. Overview of organization 2. Australian VET Education Framework  The Australian Qualifications Framework (AQF)  The AQF was first introduced in 1995 to underpin the national system of qualifications in Australia encompassing higher education, vocational education and training and schools.  Regulates all aspects of learning outcomes for qualifications  Provides consistency for all training providers  Encourages transparency  Informs students of what is required for them  Provides information on training organizations and regulates what they are able to train

Diploma of Management Qualification  Course Duration and Timeframes  Total of 8 Units to achieve Diploma of Management  4 units trained and assessed per trimester  4 hours face to face training and assessment per week for each unit  2 trimester to complete Diploma of Management  First Trimester - April 2015 till June 2015  Second Trimester – July 2015 till September 2015  Third Trimester – Oct 2015 till Dec 2015

Pathways for this qualification  Australian Pathways  Currently working with our Australian Partners to ensure that graduates from our Diploma Qualification will transition to a Bachelor Degree in Perth Western Australia  We anticipate this to be available for our graduates in 2016 – in line with the graduation of our first intake  Kenyan Pathways  Advanced Diploma Management  Currently in discussion with the Kenyan Ministry of Education Science and Technology about pathways from our program to University Qualifications in Kenya  Employment in a Management Position in Kenya

Fee Structure  Per Unit Cost - $15,000 Ksh  Total cost for Diploma of Management - $120,000 Ksh  8 units to complete Diploma of Management  4 units per trimester (13 weeks)  4 hours of face to face delivery per week for each unit

Where to from here  Fill out Expression of Interest Form – please ensure that you provide us your contact details so that we can get in touch with you  We will conducting formal enrolment sessions in January 2015 – where we will be booking one on one appointments with all individuals that have completed an Expression of Interest Form.  We anticipate that our campus will be located in either Westlands or Nairobi CBD location – currently finalising this and will put this on our website You can also follow us on Facebook and we will be placing updates on this page as well.  We anticipate commencing the Diploma Program in April 2015
