Co-production Planning and designing the SEN Information Report together What do school staff have to offer? What about parents/carers? What about children/young people?

Co-production What do you think are the key words that need to underpin co- production with parents/carers and children and young people?

What will co-production look like in your school? How will you gather parents/carers and children /young people to work with you to co-produce your School Offer? E.g. survey, questionnaire, parents evening? How will you guarantee representation from parents/carers of children with all types and levels of SEND? What about parents/carers who may have SEND themselves? Who will organise any events? What kinds of events would be effective in your school? When will you start?
