7 CASE MANAGEMENT FEATURES EACH CASE CAN HAVE MULTIPLE SERVICES ATTACHED AGENCY CAN PROVIDE PARTIAL OR FULL SERVICES WITHIN A CASE ITEMIZED SERVICE HISTORY CAN BE LISTED FOR EACH CASE CASE NOTES ARE AVAILABLE FOR CLIENT INFORMATION, CASE INFORMATION, SERVICE RECORDS UPLOAD AND ATTACH CASE FILES AND DOCUMENTATION TO CLIENT OR CASE RECORDS SERVICES CAN BE COMPLETED AT TIME OF ENTRY OR SCHEDULED FOR LATER TRACK CASE PROGRESSION FOR CLIENTS RECEIVING SERVICES FROM MULTIPLE AGENCIES CASE RECORDS CAN BE PRIVATE OR PUBLIC BETWEEN AGENCIES CASES CAN BE TERMINATED WITH LISTING REASON FOR CANCELLATION CASES CAN BE REJECTED IF SENT AS A REFERRAL WITH NOTICE TO THE REFERRING AGENCY
