TOBB Reference Number: TR2009/ /058 Project Title: “A chamber in the contemporary world of service offering to the members” Partners: Batman CCI, Şırnak CCI and Xanthi CCI (Greece) Budget: 111,648 Euro Duration: 12 Months ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

 OBJECTIVES: Searchable electronic archiving system will be established. 47 year-old- archive of Batman CCI will be classiffied through scanners and will be stored in electronic archive. About documents in the folders will be transfered to e-media by scanning. TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

 ACTIVITIES: Our activities include 3 press releases, creation of a logo, a web page, 3 roll-ups for each chamber, 1000 trilingual (Turkish, English and Greek) brochures, 100 posters and a conference. There will be two study visits to Xhanti in order to understand and have an access to the best practices in EU. Training will be a training for the staff of Batman CCI and Şırnak CCI how to use the new equipment, the new software programs and searchable archiving systems. There will be a training both in Xanthi and in Batman. The experts(2 trainers and 1 IT expert) will come from Xanthi CCI and there will be 1 trainer from Edirne CCI and 1 IT expert from local area. TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey

 EXPECTED RESULSTS & CONCRETE OUTPUTS 4 people for project management team and 3 trainers and 2 IT expert will be employed. Staff will be trained about 4 training modules and 4 corporate workshops. 15(Batman CCI) and 5 (Şırnak CCI) and totally 20 people will participate to the training program. Server, UPS, switches, software program, computers, scanner, compact archive of 25 cabinet will be purchased for establishment of IT infrastructure documents in folders will be transfered to electronic media. Members of the Chamber can access to their files over the internet. Software program will be established for official correspondence. There will be long-term sustainable cooperation between Turkish Chambers and Xanthi Chamber. TOBB ETCF-II is co-funded by the European Union and the Republic of Turkey
