There are 4 ways to perform a search

Using this “Google” type search bar you can quickly type shorthand codes that are predefined and quickly get search results without going through all the search screens.

This quick search page is similar to MLXchange and Fusion quick searches where you can define all your specific search criteria. Some minor differences is for price searches you can do greater than, less than and in between a certain price. Greater than would be 500+ and this searches 500,000 or higher prices. Less than would be 500- and this searches 500,000 or less. To go in between two prices you would do and this would search 500,000 to 700,000 prices. All three of these tricks should be able to be used in searchable fields on the right side of the screen.

The third way to perform a search is to use the map to select a certain area and then exclude any areas within your preferred area that you would like to exclude.

The last way to perform a search is to do a combination of all three of these options. You can start with using the top bar search with short hand codes and then refine your search by going back to the criteria and you can also exclude or include areas on the map to refine your search even more

More Differences Between Matrix and the old system Report displays have been reconfigured and reduced the amount of reports Searches that are setup in the old system won’t be in the new system until July 21st Some of the searches that are setup in the old system may not work due to the way the new system is built CMA’s have been modified and there is now an option to do a quick CMA
