 MobiDocs CPS offers limited ways to integrate new documents into workflows. Taking advantage of the dedicated MFP user interface, the application allows users to capture their documents easily using one touch templates at the large touch screen panel of the MFP’s.  MobiDocs CPS is also capable to capture documents from a hot folder.  Thanks to the standard modules available with MobiDocs CPS, the individual workflows implemented for the users embed automatic document handling functions.  The MobiDocs CPS application is a server-based application, which eases its installation and requires low maintenance.  For the clients MobiDocs CPS includes various possibilities: A special user interface has been developed for the MFP’s in order to allow users to select a specific document workflow template directly at the large control panel of the system. Scanning a document and integrating it into a pre-set workflow can easily be realised. Architecture
