When we’re open…  Fall, winter and spring Open 7 days 4 nights until 9:45 (Mon. – Thurs.)  Summer Closed Sundays

PEAK Hours  10 AM – 2 PM (Mon. – Thurs.)  PACKED!  Plan ahead

CRC Software  Almost everything used at Sylvania  Comprehensive list available online  Students cannot install software!  New this fall: Windows 7

Requesting Software  Go to MyPCC “Employee” tab “TSS Project Requests” in Tools

 Deadline: several weeks before end of term  Departments must purchase licenses

Who Can Use the Lab?  Currently-enrolled students  All PCC staff  Need a login account CRCs, library computers & printing

Creating an Account  Brief online orientation (one page)  Once per year (in fall)  Reactivate each term (except staff)  Can be done at CRCs, libraries, some classroom labs  Account valid throughout PCC district

Storing Files  YOU CAN’T!!  External USB drive only
