CHANLLENGES a The Heads may not agree with my new approach b Parents may not understand my methods c I have spend more time on Computer/Internet d There maybe some students who do not want work together SOLUTIONS a I will share the course manual and my notes with the heads b I will create a news letter to inform parents about my new methods c I will stay after school to use the computer in the lab d I will ramdomly group students so that they can be a help to eachother

They learned about longitude and latitude in Geography In maths they learned algebric equations and all about graphs What will happen in class next week Students groups will make a longitude and latitude project online Students will begin work on family tree project We will have a spelling bee on thrusday

I will focus on questioning skills I will focus encourage rather than praise I will work on creating collaborative groups I will successfully adopt 21 st century teaching
