Group sales up 38% to £67.8m (2005: £49.1m) Adjusted profit* before tax up 64% to £7.4m (2005: £4.5m) Reported profit before tax £5.1m (2005: £3.7m) Basic earnings per share 4.60p (2005: 3.55p) Interim dividend up 10% at 2.2p (2005: 2.0p) Major acquisition completed in 1 st half Order book of £141m, of which £49m is related to the acquisition Overview *Profit before amortisation of acquired intangibles, voluntary severance payments, share based payment charges, integration costs and non-recurring costs associated with the acquisition. © e2v technologies plc
