They have also purchased 131,000 SF 11 acre Starlight Plaza from Brixmor to redevelop into offices. Chrysler is in process of a $500 million upgrade as the Grand Cherokee orders are surpassing production. University of Toledo and Bowling Green State University continue to expand their reach and services through development. The City of Toledo has rebounded from a $48 million deficit and will now have an estimated $5 million budget surplus. Industrial absorption has increased and asking lease rates are up 3.3% over last year. Toledo is Back in Business
