BmTS Deliverables A number of standard, generic end-to-end processes for collection, analysis and dissemination of statistical data and information. A disciplined approach to data management, using a standard information lifecycle for all statistical data and information across the organisation. An agreed enterprise-wide technical architecture which would build up "over time a portfolio of standard solutions and components". 8

Change of Plan Over the next two years ( ) focus on the preparation of a robust Investment Case, for separate funding of the BmTS development; Focus will continue on standardising processes or methods, using technology as an enabler only when the value is proven; While there will be no further direct software development of BmTS Components, projects will still be encouraged to adopt proven deliveries, and a team will work to ensure that the wider organisation is made aware of these deliverables 9
